After converting its supply chain to a pull process, Hansgrohe SE, one of the world’s leading bathroom and sanitary specialists based in Schiltach, is taking a further step towards optimizing its supply chain: supplier integration using Kanban. The changeover initially took place in a clearly defined, manageable pilot area. Organizational tools are used as well as the possibilities in SAP.
