Commercial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)
We are a small group of companies with 35 employees, consisting of a holding company and three subsidiaries in the fields of consulting, software development and training.
Abels & Kemmner has been advising for 30 years SCT offers the high-performance SCM system DISKOVER and AWF organizes working groups and seminars.
The holding company takes on administrative tasks for the Subsidiaries.

At the earliest possible date we are looking for Commercial Accounting Clerks (m/f/d) in Herzogenrath who
share a part-time position.
Your tasks:
– Invoicing,
– Accounts receivable and accounts payable management,
– preparatory accounting,
– Personnel administration,
– Document storage and management,
– Reporting and controlling,
– Communication with the tax consultant
– Further development of administrative processes
Your profile:
– Reliability: You are reliable.
– Training : You have completed training as a tax clerk or a commercial apprenticeship.
– Professional experience: You have at least two to three years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized service company.
– Bookkeeping: You have practical experience in preparatory bookkeeping with DATEV Unternehmen Online.
– Personnel administration: Knowledge of personnel administration is a matter of course for you.
– Document management : Ideally, you have already worked with document management systems, as we are about to introduce one.
– Administrative tasks: Further administrative experience is part of your repertoire.
– Organizational skills: You are well organized and always maintain an overview.
– Process improvement: You have an interest in optimizing processes and making them more efficient.
– Analytical skills and attention to detail: You think analytically and work carefully down to the last detail.
– IT skills: You are proficient in using common IT systems, such as Office 365.
