Cherry, manufacturer of computer input devices, snap-action switches, automotive switching and control systems, has subjected its supply chain to an audit in a workshop accompanied by the management consultancy Abels & Kemmner (AK), Herzogenrath. The two companies are now working on optimizing the value chain. The primary objectives are to improve the accuracy of sales plans, systematically and sustainably reduce stock levels and integrate with supply chain partners.
