We are one of Germany’s best consultants
This is the second time that we have received the Top Consultant award, making us one of Germany’s best consultants for SMEs. Nationwide, only 51 management consultants are allowed to bear the coveted ‘Top Consultant 2014’ seal, which provides orientation in the consulting jungle and helps SMEs to find a suitable consulting firm. In order to receive the award, we had to undergo an extensive testing procedure, which was carried out under the scientific direction of Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink from the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. The mentor of the project is the former Federal Minister of Finance Hans Eichel.
The assessment procedure for the Top Consultant award included a customer survey in which 10 reference customers provided information on professionalism and consulting services. We also had to make our own assessment and provide key figures. We were rated particularly positively in the categories “Methodological competence”, “Integrity”, “Openness” and “Customer loyalty”. Above all, our mix of high technical expertise and practical experience, combined with a specific methodical approach, enabled us to set ourselves apart from the competition.
We continue to attach great importance to consultants with a university degree and above-average practical experience in management positions outside the consulting industry and rely more on permanently employed consultants than on freelancers. For this reason, our consultants can draw not only on a wealth of theoretical knowledge, but also on a great deal of practical experience. This enables us to continuously maintain our high quality of advice and always offer solutions that are not only theoretically sound, but can also be applied quickly and sustainably in practice.
“Practical experience in management positions outside the consulting industry is extremely remarkable, especially in comparison with the large consulting firms, and shows that these are consultants who know what is important to SMEs,” says Prof. Dr. Fink, summarizing the results. It is also fitting that the customer companies surveyed praise us as a reliable and loyal partner for SMEs.
We are particularly proud that this award is primarily due to feedback from our customers. After all, it shows that you are very satisfied with our work. And that is our benchmark.
This is the fifth time that compamedia and Prof. Fink have carried out the nationwide “Top Consultant” comparison and companies that achieve the specified target grades of “very good” to “good” receive awards in various categories. We have been awarded the seal of approval as one of the best management consultants.
